Hi ! I hope you don't mind me posting , but I was doing a search for some information on souvenir anointing spoons from 1937, when I came across your blog. I bought one exactly like the one in your pictures above quite recently and wanted some more information about it. I gather it is Canadian because of the top of the spoon which has George VI and Queen Elizabeth on one side and the words crowned May 12th 1937 on the other. I would be very interested to have any further information on this particular souvenir spoon , such as the maker and what metal it is made of. Hope you can help !
